Collagenase Type2

Product Description

・ Compared to Type1, it has relatively higher clostripain activity(proteolytic activity) and tryptic activity.

・ Experimental Purpose : Separation of heart, bone, fat. muscle, thyroid, cartilage, salivary glands, cardiomyocytes, and mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)

Collagenase CN 20, CN 50

Enzyme Mizing Process

Slowly inject normal saline into a syringe containing collagenase powder ② without blockage

Once the injection is complete, close the syringe cap and shake well to mix.

After mixing well, remove the cap and attach the syringe weight adapter (TP-111 optional), then connect ① and ②.
* Compressed fat : enzyme = 1:1 radio

Using the Piston screw driver (TP-110 optional), slowly press down on ① to collect fat into②.

The well-mixed syringe is secured by twisting the cap while leaving some space.
