What is SVF?

Protocol - SVF Extraction

Extract 50cc of fat with LIPOKITII

Inject the extracted fat in Inner Chamber.

Inject enzyme solution.

Turn the switch to the left(Ⅰ) to start enzyme mix process for 40 minutes.

After mix process reaction, centrifugation starts automatically.

Remove the fat and enzyme mixture from the center and store it for reprocessing.

Inject washing solution in Inner-chamber.

Turn the switch to the right (Ⅱ) to start 1st washing. The mix process will last for 1 minute.

After mix process reaction, centrifugation starts automatically.

Remove the washing solution from the center. Then repeat the washing process from steps 7 to 10 once more.

After completing the washing process twice, extract the SVF collected at both ends.

Proceed with the reprocessing using the fat and enzyme mixure stored in step 6.
(Follow the same procedure from steps 4 to 11.)
