Protocol - SVF Extraction

Extract 50cc of fat with LIPOKITII

Inject the extracted fat in Inner-Chamber.

Inject enzyme.

Proceed enzyme treatment in Stem-XE combi.

Proceed centrifugation.

Extract isolated fat with TP-101. At this time, the extracted fat + enzyme reaction solution* is kept on standby for second enzyme reaction.

Inject washing solution in Inner-chamber.

Proceed washing in forward and reverse directions (left) so that the contents mix welll.

Proceed washing in forward and reverse directions (right).

Remove the washing solution after centrifugation (repeat washing process steps 7 to 11 one more time).

Extract the SVF gathered at both ends.

Add back the 1st[fat + enzyme] reaction solution* extracted in step 6, and repeat from step 4 (second enzyme reaction).
