A filter that helps to remove unnecessary particulate matter and aids in extracting high-purity stem cells. These filters come in two sizes (100, 200um).

The needle inlet for collecting separated stem cells using a syringe.

The place where stem cells are gathered after being separated.

The chamber where enzyme treatment, washing, and other processes take place.

How to Isolate Stem Cells Using the Device

Inner Chamber™
1 Inject the collected fat into the Inner Chamber.
(The injection method may vary depending on the equipment.)
2Inject enzyme solution. (Same as step 1)
3After enzyme treatment (40 mins to 1 hr), perform centrifugation(3 mins).
4Remove the enzyme and fat mixture in the center of the chamber.
5Inject the washing solution. (Same as steps 1 and 2.)
6Remove the washing solution in the center of the chamber after the washing and centrifugation process.
7Repeat the washing process 2-3 times.
8The washed and separated stem cells are collected in both collection chambers (wings).
9Collect the separated stem cells using a syringe through the green needle injection port.
The SVF that passed through the 100um filter can be immediately used for IV injection.
